If both boats have people in, there will be an argument but if only one boat has people in, there won\u2019t be.<\/p>\n<p>This story illustrates the sound of one hand clapping, the sound of course is silence. Partly what this is about is not reacting to situations in an explosive way. The calmer you can be the less likely things may end up being damaging.<br \/>\nSomewhere along the line there will be a moment where you either choose to be reactive to a situation or not. What happens next could&nbsp;change your whole life.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve put a link to a book about dealing with anger that I found very useful, life changing even, if you can, it\u2019s worth a read and don\u2019t be put off that it\u2019s orientated towards women, it applies equally to both genders.
